Brake Rotors. Manufactured from materials that far exceed S.A.E.
requirements. Match machined to Corvette OEM specifications.
These Corvette Rotors are the closest as in dimensions and proper rivet holes and are direct replacements for Corvette factory rotors. Each Pro Slot Set comes with 4 Balanced and matched set of 4 four, for optimal performance.
Interfacing CAD to our CNC machining center we have developed a directional slotted rotor that reduces brake pad "out-gassing" and promotes brake pad to rotor contact. As each pass from the tool is made it leaves a precision cut fed digitally by CAD developed programs. A shallower slot within the same groove producing a sort of ramp follows the leading edge of the slot. This ramp effect lessens the possibility of high amounts of heat building up and leaving hot spots on the following edge of the slot. We are the only company offering this method of slotting. Probably because it is double the machining for this unique double groove slot. Upgrade your Corvette Rotors and feel the difference.
