Combining Race Car and Aerospace Technology together to produce the Pro Slot Brake Rotor set. Our Pro Slot Rotors are made from materials that far exceed S.A.E. requirements and are match machined to OEM specifications. These are ALSO the closest to OE rotors as far as dimensions and rivet holes and are direct replacements for factory rotors. These are the same rotors used for our Super Slot and Pro-Slot rotors.
These are the closest to OE rotors as far as dimensions and rivet holes and are direct replacements for factory rotors. Machined in the USA at our factory. They are balanced, matched and slotted, with our exclusive 2-step slots. These are the same rotors used for our Super Slot and Pro-Slot rotors.
Interfacing CAD to our CNC machining center we have developed a directional slotted rotor that reduces brake pad "out-gassing" and promotes brake pad to rotor contact. As each pass from the tool is made it leaves a precision cut fed digitally by CAD developed programs. A shallower slot within the same groove producing a sort of ramp follows the leading edge of the slot. This ramp effect lessens the possibility of high amounts of heat building up and leaving hot spots on the following edge of the slot. We are the only company offering this method of slotting. Probably because it is double the machining for this unique double groove slot.
